Things I have learned in the last week:
Stress has been causing the last 6 months of illness.
I have never had jetlag this bad (need to nap every 4 hours or so, not doing so killed me).
I need to buckle down to a schedule.
I need to add something to manage the stress every day.
I need to slow down. I think I have time for the few things I have put on my schedule and apparently I do not.
