OK, so i can still do cool gymnastics things at the gym. My body is sooooo hating me for playing too much last night. It’s nice to know I can still do giants on bars and hand-fronts on the tumble trak, but yoga has not kept my muscles ready for that fun. 😛

yep, i’m trying to find a closer gym to me that has adult classes. otherwise, i’m relegated to either driving an hour or just coaching at a local gym. now that i have time, i think i’m going to volunteer at the local “y”. 17 years of body damage and i’m still willing to torture myself 🙂 but the state titles were worth it.
