Ok, pet peeve here. Lactose Intolerance. Contrary to public opinion (thanks to those damned drug commercials), lactose intolerance won’t hinder one’s ability to eat cheese. Why? Because cheese has the same enzyme those handy-dandy pills have in them, Lactase. If you’re having trouble with cheese, it’s because of something else. So quit self diagnosing! The process to make cheese also produces that enzyme to digest lactose. So yes, milk and some ice creams will cause problems, runny cheese might, american and chedder won’t.
You’re going to hurt me for this, but the whole time during your rant, I imagined you doing voice acting for a bunch of mice talking about the wonders of cheese and how it is good for you. “Cheese! Cheese is good! You can have it even if lactose intolerant!”
