Funny work story:

According to a customer, I’m a liberal. Apparently, that is now defined on whether or not you believe “conservative” talk show hosts should shove a sock in it.

Ok, last night was awesome. Got to the concert in time to see the last couple of sets from Chimaira. Unfortunately, Fear Factory was next. I remember when I had some vestige of liking for them, and the live show killed it. They are definitely a CD band, and shouldn’t tour as a result. (Also, note: There are some people who are NOT meant to take their shirts off, or wear hip huggers – women are well aware that hip huggers, in certain bent positions, allow for a bit of ass crack. Men need to learn this, the plumber’s position is NOT a pretty site. On anyone.)

At this moment, I’d like to thank lokasenna for introducing me to Slipknot, even if I never was a fan. They have a kick-ass live show and have brought me into circle of them. In fact, they even played several of his most recently quoted songs. 🙂

Very awesome night, all-around. Got some quality time with the Marine, he loved getting a head. In fact, he sat staring at it for 5 minutes with this shit-eating grin on his face. *score 5 for the Freak* I’m definitely going to miss him, but at least I get to spend one more day with him before he leaves.

Oh yeah, pissed off his “gf” (who apparently is not, quite) because she couldn’t understand why he would go to a concert with another female. His response, “Because she invited me.” I asked him to convey my apologies, wasn’t meaning to piss her off. I like her.

Seems one of the LJ hosts decided to play an April Fool’s day prank. As mentioning it’s in fairly bad taste on their boards, I’ll just state it here. I don’t like my stuff being changed without being told ahead of time (ask my Email host, they’ve started catering to me as a result).
